		<description>Very insightful. I believe the traditional approach of Supply Chain Risk Management has been fairly operational. The potential effect and supply chain disruptions are not accounted when assessing events, which may look smaller in the beginning but can affect the entire supply chain. Quite often, the risk event is not abrupt, but more of a continuous deterioration from standards, resulting into a breakdown. Such events are difficult to assess but can be mitigated without any damage at an earlier stage.</description>
